Hycel Properties Co. is a 50+ year old real estate development, leasing and property management company which has developed and operated approximately 4 million square feet of regional shopping center and office space in St. Louis, Mo. including Saint Louis Galleria (sold 2003), Crestwood Plaza Shopping Center (sold 1998) and Northwest Plaza Shopping Center (sold 1983).  Hycel Properties Co. was responsible for all development, management, financing and leasing for its properties.

Hycel Retail Group offers real estate brokerage and consulting services for retailers and other businesses.

  • 1979 – 1998:   Managing Partner, Crestwood Plaza Shopping Center, L.L.C. Expansion, redevelopment, renovation and enclosure of a 1.1 million square foot regional mall.
